Louise Robson

"Don?t get too worried about the competition go out and enjoy it, reach your own personal goals. Set yourself reasonable goals, start off with baby steps and enjoy it. Remember you and your horse are a partnership, for them to enjoy it, you?ve got to enjoy it."

About Louise

Louise founded Thoroughbred Dressage in 2011 upon her return from Training in Germany, following completing a degree in Architecture at UCL.  Louise trained for one year with Triple Gold medalist Monica Theodorescu, (is now German Team Dressage Trainer) with Mister Glum and was her travelling groom for four years. Louise trained to Grand Prix on the Russian Trotter (circus/police horse come dressage horse, placed 6th at the Beijing Olympics) Balagur and a few other of Monica's horses.  Louise re trains racehorses for HM The Queen. Mister Glum (bred and owned by HM The Queen and foundation horse for Thoroughbred Dressage) was with her for fifteen years. They competed upto PSG. They were placed at Premier league shows, Hickstead Masters Semi Finals, Talent Spotting finals, Search for a star U21 and regional shows. Quadrille (owned and bred by HM The Queen) has been placed at regional and national level, won Petplan area festivals from novice-medium. Now at Advanced Medium/Advanced level with aims of PsG come the end of 2015   The stable is comprised of ex racehorses and warm bloods, all training and competing at various levels. Thoroughbred Dressage is based in Padbury, Bucks with 11 stables and excellent facilities. Louise?s ultimate dream would be to have and ex racehorse competing at international level.
