About Dan

Daniel is the youngest first British male rider to take home the famous Queen Elizabeth’s II cup title, at the age of 21. He represented Great Britain in his first Senior Nations cup in Sopot Poland at the age of 20, continuing on to be a member of the under 21 European championship team in Jardy, France.  The first big prestigious international triumph was the International 3* Grand Prix in Spain which attracted some of the worlds best riders, putting Daniels name on the map as one to look out for. Having been crowned the National Gents Champion in 2012, as well as a trip to Lisbon Portugal to represent Great Britain on the Senior Nations Cup Team also that year. He has been on the European Young Rider Squad 5 times and has represented his country at Europeans and Nations Cups many times including being a member of the World Class Development Program for 6 years. Daniel has a long list of results so he has nothing to prove, but to be one of Britain’s best up and coming young talents to look out for and to be part of British Showjumping's exciting future. Until going it alone, Daniel was based with William and Pippa Funnell riding for The Billy Stud, he has a extent of knowledge of the sport which he has put to good use. He is looking for the support from sponsors and owners both good in kind and finance to be a part of his team.
