A: Selecting the Subscribe button on any of the pages and it will allow you to sign up with us.
Q: How much does it cost to join EquestrianPro.tv?
A: There are two subscription options that you can do to access all of our fantastic content:
N.B Subscriptions are automatically renewed either every calendar month for monthly subscribers and every calendar year for annual subscribers.
Q: What will happen at the end of my term membership?
A: It will be automatically renewed by charging your card on the anniversary of the original subscription. If you wish to cancel please see the 'How To' below.
N.B Renewal reminders will not be sent.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you want to use Bitcoin you will need to get in touch with us directly.
Q: Do I need to be connected to the Internet to watch the videos?
A: Internet connection is vital for the service to work, as all of our videos are streamed to your device.
Q: What devices are compatible?
A: Any device will work with our website and videos, so whether you are using an iPad, PC, Smartphone… it simply doesn’t matter. As long as you have internet connection you can access any of the website.
Q: Can I watch the videos using the latest devices?
A: All of our videos are viewable if you are using the latest devices, but please make sure that your browser is up to date.
Q: Can I preview a video before becoming a member?
A: There are free trailer videos that you can access on our Homepage and we also post trailers onto our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram feeds.
Q: How often may I view the videos and how many may I view?
A: When you become a member of EquestrianPro.TV you will be able to view all the content as many times as you like and because its streamed you don’t have to worry about filling up your device with videos. View to your hearts content!
Q: Can I download a video?
A: A download service is not available at this time, but because our videos are streamed it won’t take up any storage on your device.
Q: How do I contact technical support?

Q: What happens if I am a member and can't remember my password?
A: Look under the “sign in” and click on “forgot my password”. We will then send you an email letting you change your password.
Q: Do I still have to pay for my monthly membership if I don't use it?
A: Yes. We don’t know if you are using the service or not, so please notify us if you wish to cancel the subscription.
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: Go the Your Account and select the Cancel Subscription tab. Type in your password and click Send Cancellation Request.
Q: If I am unhappy with my membership, can I get a refund?
A: If you are not satisfied with your membership, we can refund your subscription. Select your Account and click on Cancel Subscription and state that you would like a refund. The refund can only be allowed in the first 3 days after payment has been received, this applies for monthly and yearly subscribers.
Q: Why do you need my email?
A: Your email address is your login username which gives you access to the website. It also allows us to send you emails telling you about competitions, promotions and the latest news from us and the equestrian world.
Q: What happens if the video is slow?
A: If you are experiencing difficulties with a particular video, maybe that the video keeps buffering or doesn’t play at all. Have a look at our quick step by step 'What to Do' guide below:
