Q: How do I become a member?

A: Selecting the Subscribe button on any of the pages and it will allow you to sign up with us.

 

Q: How much does it cost to join EquestrianPro.tv?

A: There are two subscription options that you can do to access all of our fantastic content:

  1. Monthly - £10.00 per calendar month.
  2. Annually - £100.00 (You save £20.00 by paying fully upfront) per calendar year.

N.B Subscriptions are automatically renewed either every calendar month for monthly subscribers and every calendar year for annual subscribers.

 

Q: What will happen at the end of my term membership?

A: It will be automatically renewed by charging your card on the anniversary of the original subscription. If you wish to cancel please see the 'How To' below. 

N.B Renewal reminders will not be sent.

 

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you want to use Bitcoin you will need to get in touch with us directly.

 

Q: Do I need to be connected to the Internet to watch the videos?

A: Internet connection is vital for the service to work, as all of our videos are streamed to your device.

 

Q: What devices are compatible?

A: Any device will work with our website and videos, so whether you are using an iPad, PC, Smartphone… it simply doesn’t matter. As long as you have internet connection you can access any of the website.

 

Q: Can I watch the videos using the latest devices?

A: All of our videos are viewable if you are using the latest devices, but please make sure that your browser is up to date.

 

Q: Can I preview a video before becoming a member?

A: There are free trailer videos that you can access on our Homepage and we also post trailers onto our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram feeds.

 

Q: How often may I view the videos and how many may I view?

A: When you become a member of EquestrianPro.TV you will be able to view all the content as many times as you like and because its streamed you don’t have to worry about filling up your device with videos. View to your hearts content!

 

Q: Can I download a video?

A: A download service is not available at this time, but because our videos are streamed it won’t take up any storage on your device.

 

Q: How do I contact technical support?

Q: What happens if I am a member and can't remember my password?

A: Look under the “sign in” and click on “forgot my password”. We will then send you an email letting you change your password.

 

Q: Do I still have to pay for my monthly membership if I don't use it?

A: Yes. We don’t know if you are using the service or not, so please notify us if you wish to cancel the subscription.

 

Q: How do I cancel my membership?

A: Go the Your Account and select the Cancel Subscription tab. Type in your password and click Send Cancellation Request.

 

Q: If I am unhappy with my membership, can I get a refund?

A: If you are not satisfied with your membership, we can refund your subscription. Select your Account and click on Cancel Subscription and state that you would like a refund. The refund can only be allowed in the first 3 days after payment has been received, this applies for monthly and yearly subscribers.

 

Q: Why do you need my email?

A: Your email address is your login username which gives you access to the website. It also allows us to send you emails telling you about competitions, promotions and the latest news from us and the equestrian world.

 

Q: What happens if the video is slow?

A: If you are experiencing difficulties with a particular video, maybe that the video keeps buffering or doesn’t play at all. Have a look at our quick step by step 'What to Do' guide below:

  1. All our videos will automatically play in High Definition, to change from HD to Standard Definition all you need to do is simply click on the HD symbol on the bottom right of the screen. If HD is enabled the colour of the HD symbol will be RED, if SD is selected the HD symbol will be in GREY. In SD, video quality will be lowered but the buffer speed should increase.
  2. Checking your internet speed won’t hurt either, this can tell you whether it’s something to do with your computer or if it's your Internet Service Provider.  Go to www.speedtest.net which will tell you your upload and crucially your download speeds. You roughly need about 5mbps for HD quality video.
  3. Check that your Internet browser is up to date. https://www.whatismybrowser.com can tell you if it is or if you need to update your flash player. (It has a little section that tells you if you have the latest versions available.)
  4. If you are finding that you still are experiencing slow streaming and would like to watch the full HD video then you can simply press play then immediately pause the video. Wait a few minutes, which will allow the video to buffer, then you should be able to view the video in full without any problems!
  5. Restart your router. Switch it off for about 30 seconds and back on again, this will reset the settings and hopefully fix the problem. 
  6. Try restarting your computer. A simple problem, like connecting to the router can sometimes be fixed by switching off your computer/tablet/mobile and restarting it. 

 

Vouchers Terms and Conditions

  1. This offer is for new customers only.
  2. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Discount entitles one new customer to sign up to EquestrianPro.TV for 1 for the first month.
  3. The monthly subscription will revert to the normal rolling 10PM once the first month has been completed. The customer must cancel their subscription in order to not incur any more charges.
  4. Vouchers must be redeemed by 1st February 2016
  5. Without the permission of Equestrian Pro Media Ltd, it is not permitted to sell, trade or purchase vouchers or voucher codes in any way. This also applies to purchasing vouchers or voucher codes from third parties.
  6. Equestrian Pro Media Ltd reserves the right to discontinue/deny a voucher at any time or to modify any vouchers' terms and conditions.
  7. Vouchers are non-refundable.
